Plastic Undertray 993 C4

Unfortunately had a couple of those small, but irritating and potentially expensive 'incidents'...

in my 993 C4

1. Parking 'error' has caused a small dent /tear in the plastic undertray at the front. Is repair possible /cost effective and would welcome suggestions for sourcing replacements

2. Small tear in leather ? trim on door posts... is there an easy /cheap/quick/smart way to repair this 1/2 inch long tear.

Unfortunately away from the UK too often to enjoy the car as much as I would like... but its great when I get there.
