Please can I join your club I'm not sure for how long at present as the long term strategy is as they say uncertain.

Picked it up on Friday with 900 miles on the clock completed the SW drive and now she has covered 1600, those that know tell me I'll not change and it will be the best car I have ever owned we will see ?

Have to agree. Ihave no idea what could ever replace mine. I've even had the dealer i purchased from calling me to try and buy it back (at a nicely inflated price) but there is nothing that ticks the boxes this does

Hi Mark

Its early days yet its not as hard core but it is much more civilised and probably quicker. It feels very planted and makes a great noise. So far I like it set with sports exhaust on, PDK sport and using paddles.
Not really pushed it yet as the SW drive was a bit wet and slippery to push something new and expensive.
The RS was special but I'm not a collector and I go to work to pay for my pleasures so I need to be able to drive it without worrying about the value. There is a long term plan with retirement in the wings so will have to wait and see how things go.
Afraid it does not have the street presence like the RS.

So far enjoying it more than expected.

Fabulous car Geoff and an understandable trade given the way RS prices have shot up. As Rothschild said "No one ever went broke taking a profit".

Out on the road it looked very planted even during the SW Tour deluge but of course that was no doubt down to the driver [].
