Please don't buy my car as I don't really want to sell it...

Just starting the reluctant process today of selling my 1986, D plate, Guards Red, Targa, G50 gearbox Carrera 3.2
Current mileage is showing just under 69,000
Only 2 previous owners.
Well documented stamped service book and excellent history file. Lots of original stuff and the stuff you get when you buy it, and the brochures etc.
Good service history, I have had her for about 10 years and go to Russell Lewis in Grayshott (there is no one better for this model)
The original tools roll etc is still in the front.
Virtually original paint
Always garaged and used regularly

I was planning on getting her serviced and MOTd etc before selling, and checking for any problems. At the moment everything is running fine. Bodywork is fine. The heating is stuck on halfway (the cables need replacing) but I have coped with this over the summer by taking the roof off. I had rear seat belts fitted. The number plate is probably worth something on it's own as it is D911 ...

Negatives - the interior is a bit tired, the front seats and some piping showing wear. The targa roof - there are no leaks or problems, but again my plan has been to replace it as it detracts slightly from the look. Front bumper could do with painting, but then again I thought this when I bought it. I'd probably get replacement front carpets.

Had it valued by John Glynn recently for insurance / replacement cost and this was £35,000

I'm just starting the ball rolling on this reluctant sale. Please email me and let me know if you might be interested. Based near Esher in SW London / Surrey

Yes it's an advertising hook. That's all. I will be selling her unfortunately...
