Poly bushes for front ARB - worth it?

BTW I'm heading back to the UK tonight and will be out your way on Friday 4th, marshaling a rally, so if those springs are still available?

I used the orange Flo-Flex bushes from eBay and they were really good. The current ones are a bit worn and one is very spongy due to a slight oil leak - I'm not planning on attending to it until I do the belts at the end of the year so a polybush will resist that too.

My 951 came with Poly bushes, but I would probably go with them again to save changing them (a leaking crank seal or power steering fluid will soon ruin rubber bushes (they were shot on my S2 due to this). That is before you mention oil changes where oil from the filter seems to work its way down despite stuffing the area around the filter with the world's supply of rags). I guess one way around this is to ensure one has no leaks, but then again you never know when a PAS banjo washer etc. will leak.

I have Proflex poly bushes on the front ARB. No squeaks in the 5 or so years they have been on so no real downside IMO. Do they work? Can't really remember a dramatic improvement when they were fitted but they are purple so match the KWs nicely[]

Poly bushing is allowed this year, solid top mounts also, got mine from Lindsey racing, feels much sharper than before, like a delay been removed from front end, felt good before but better now, would love to do it to my red turbo.
I bet the cars feel a lot more "pointy" now mark.?
With slicks and all....
Are you allowed to fit lower chassis braces yet.?
And poly/solid castor mounts.?

The castor mounts have to be standard [&o]
Everything else can be poly bushed now which is something.
The solid top mounts do as you say make the front end SO much more pointy was very pleased, the original top mounts were taking a pounding and they are not cheap so I was glad the rules relaxed a bit.The slicks under race conditions are hard on such an old car and 968 parts are not getting any cheaper.
