So basically a few months ago i decided to strip my porshce 944s 16v 1988 engine apart and get the rocker cover and manifold powder coated when that was done and we put the engine back together it wouldn't start. We have been trying for months to get this car back up and running but no luck. The car will crank over but won't fire. We then put a new crank sensor in and the car started for about a 1½mins and then died and since then we haven't been able to get it to fire up
Spark is good (a brown spark dk if it needs to be a blue spark)
Fuel is good
Injectors just been serviced
Compression good
We have also taken off the cam shaft pully and checked the timing several times and all seems correct.
I'm based in Hertfordshire so if you know anyone who can help or have any ideas that would be great
Many thanks
