R18 Will again be hosting Porkers in the Trough, now in its 4th year and they have once again very kindly asked if any of our R3
members would like to attend. Deb and I have been to all previous events and can vouch they have some fantastic driving roads available to them. This event is always brilliantly organized completely free and loads of fun and for those who don't know, in aid of charity. The charity is the Rosemere Cancer Foundation and all that is asked is to donate if you wish by way of a gift aid envelope, what you put in is entirely up to you.
Starting point Garstang Country Hotel. Garstang PR13 1YE
Depart 10.00am
Taking routes via Pendle hill and on to our lunch time stop at Samlesbury Hall PR5 0UP
Returning back to Garstang late afternoon via the Trough of Bowland, or head off your own route home.
Previous events are available to view via Youtube link Porkers in the Trough
Anyone who wishes to attend this event will be required to complete an entry form and return it to Mac & Sue R18 ASAP
If any members are interested we will be heading over early on the Sunday of the 30th leaving around 7.00am meeting point to be arranged.
Greg & Deb.
