Not sure I have seen a mention on this book on here yet, so :

This is, and by a looooong margin, the best-documented book I have found on "our" cars and would highly recommend any 924/944/968 geek to get a copy!

Considering the content I think it's fairly-priced... and still cheaper than a full fill up!

Best price out there is £36 if you search. But it's a bargain even for you Simon at £75 as the content is right up your street!!

Geeks .....on this forum....where??

[:D][:D][:D]

Thanks for the heads up.

My "excellence was expected" is dated 1979 with a Happy Christmas message inside the cover.

Very interesting to read the story by the people who made what we have known as history

There are various ways to view the cost, is it 20 or so copies of Autocar drivel?

Sweet! I was just about to search and see if it was available for less. Better to buy it now than let it slip out of print and then find its £850 for 'used - good' copy on Amazon! Im also looking for Simon McBeaths Aerodynamics book which has jumped to £500+ new or used! The fellow at the shop at Oulton was adamant that he had one in September (I didn't mention Amazon prices - he wanted £20) but he could only find the composites book, which I snapped up.

I am certainly delighted that my friend Reiner Telkamp got a mention in this book, particularly for restoring a tub frame 924 GTR from the US [:D]
