Porsche and Polo Reminder

Just thought I would post a quick reminder that this on tomorrow. Its for our era of cars and there was a very good turnout last year for 944's. Was my first time at the event and can honestly say its a very good one indeed. Polo is a very exciting game to watch and it seems as if the weather is going to behave itself, so hope to see plenty of you there. [:)]

Met Wolfie whilst purchasing some picnic food for tomorrow, and he pointed out that there aren't full details of timings etc. for this:

10.00 Introduction
10.15 Presenting Polo
11.00 Polo match
12.30 hunt display
13.00 Polo Pony vs. 944 race
13.30 Polo match
14.40 Pawsche fun dog show - enter on day
15.30 GT3 vs pony race
16.00 concourse results

As before, there are also plenty of other attractions including Cayenne off-roading, kid's attractions, trade stands, Polo Clubhouse with reasonably priced food and bar, fast food outlet etc.

Tickets on the day £7.50 members, £10.00 non-members.

See you there! [:)]

Just back from hols, and might even put the hose over the car before tomorrow. Looking forward to it a lot. [:)]
Hose pipe! that's a luxury - we've had a hose pipe ban since the start of July, even though it has rained nearly every day since. Seems like it was the wrong type of rain - too much of it in short spells. We'll see you there with our dirty car.

[:(] WUF will not be ready till the end of next week at the very earliest, more likely the week after that, so I will not be attending.

Well had a good time - a fine turn out of 944's and their owners ! Hope everyone else had an enjoyable day out there too.

Yes Jon we certainly did!
Chrissie won the only prize we'ed ever win!
