The Castle Combe concours is now closed, so here is another opportunity for all concours enthusiasts to enter a similar competition:

PORSCHE AND POLO "" MIDDLE YEARS (1974 "" 1996)
PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP CONCOURS

Members from all regions and registers are invited to take part in the Concours. A Pride of Ownership Class will be organized at this event and will be open to all Porsche Club members. There will be NO concours entry fee.

To compete in the concours, please email Tony and Harriet Shannon at r16@porscheclubgb.com or telephone 01249 822405 for an entry form and a copy of the rules and regulations. Entry forms to be returned by no later than Friday 28th August 2009.

Prize giving for the Concours will take place at approx 3.30pm. In addition, there will also be a special award for the best Middle Years Porsche.

Any R19ers going to this? I realise it is just before BiH on the Sunday.

I have foolishly put my car forward to go on a 968 display before realising this was the big concours event (which I won't be entering).

Anyone interested?

James

I have e-mailed regular competing members, and mail-listed everyone to remind them; HORSE, WATER, DRINK? Nay.....

We await entries

You will not be dissapointed. There will be much more to this one that the previous ones but, hopefully, without losing the intimate atmosphere.
See you there.

We are coming along as a last minute decision

Was going to bring the Boxster, but as I'm not entering the Concourse, and its a 'Middle Years' event, we'll be bringing the 924 .... which hasn't been out of the garage since it was serviced in February ! :0)

See you all there

Tim and Angela
