Porsche body parts

Hi there, I am about to start a restoration on a 1970's porsche 911 and would find it really useful to have a detailed body parts diagram. I can't seem to find one anywhere on the internet. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the help but its the bodywork I'm really interested in. If you don't mind me asking where do you buy your bodyparts from?

Jason

here you go. Download the pdf

http://www.porsche.com/uk/accessoriesandservice/classic/genuineparts/originalpartscatalogue/originalpartspdfcatalogue/

once downloaded look in the 'body' section

Jason do some research on the net there is stacks out there now on this

Nick's own web site has some good photo's of rusty cars and the repair work

There is a huge number of other sites out there that have the same detailed restorations.

Check out www.pelicanparts.com and lose about 4 hrs surfing though 100's of detailed pictures and drawings to help you along your way.

I for one started a 356 restoration site because there was too many finished cars on web sites and not many how we got there web sites. so hit the search engines.

and like Hot66 said there is the on line site from Porsche which is PET

the Pet Cd's did the rounds a few years back i got one off Ebay for like a £5 very useful but now Porsche have made a very good move and given access to the whole PET on line which i think makes every ones life easier and I for one have called Porsche and asked about spare parts more because of it and some items have been priced OK. So I have bought them.

I think you can still get the CD version from an OPC if you want. Mine cost about £10 if I remember and has every single porsche model ever made as well as US and ROW catalogues.

Ian.
