Hi,

I have just bought my first Porsche and am loving every minute of it!

The Porsche will be garaged most of the time as I am away in my truck for most of the week.

It gets the pampering treatment at the weekend and then goes in the garage. What I notice the next weekend is that it is covered in a film of dust.

Does anyone know where I can buy a good quality car cover made for the Boxster? Any other suggestions?

Many thanks in advance.

Peter

Welcome! By "Good Quality" what do you mean? I have a £50 cotton cover from Classic Additions I use in the garage, but you can also spend approx £200 on a "real" Porsche cover imported from the USA...

I originally bought it for my 944 - so no, it's not "tailored". As it's in the garage that doesn't matter. [:)] It's just a cotton cover, elasticated at the ends, with door zips at the side (which I have never used - far easier to just lift up the cover!)

Sew a couple of king size bedsheets together [:D][:D]....works for me keeps the dust off the car in the garage

How about this mate - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Quality-Indoor-Car-Dust-Cover-for-Porsche-Boxster-NEW_W0QQitemZ280238990248QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item280238990248&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
