I have completed it myself, hopefully it will provide Porsche with a greater understanding of what owners think and expect of them.

Very German.
It assumes that there is a set answer for each question. If it doesn't like the answer it gets tetchy. For exhample having 3 cars I can spend £K's on a bad year on parts or £nil in a good year. By the way it doesn't like £ signs. Probably waiting for us the join the euro.

Much as I take pains to dissagree with you on principle, this survey is so typical of teutonic logic, and is dire in terms of gleaning understanding of exactly what the members want from Porsche. Frankly I couldn't care if my 944 was serviced in an old shed, as long as it was done properly. I don't expect the inflated cost of servicing a vehicle to pay for fancy chrome sunken workshop lifts, every vehicle technician to have snap-on tools, arguably the most over hyped name, in the tool trade, (I mean what's the matter with Porsche using some nice Stahlwille tools, exceptional quality and about two thirds the price. Even has a nice German sounding name.) and free coffee or tea whhille you are waiting.
I know that by tradition most mechanics buy their own tools but they pay for them out of their salary, which Porsche pays, and we pay Porsche.
