Porsche Center Aberdeen - Above Average Customer Service

Having read mixed reports about the level of service PCGB members have received from Porsche Centers around the country its encouraging to be able to report that following two recent visits to the Porsche Center, Aberdeen the level of service and support provided by both the local Aberdeen team and Porsche Cars GB was outstanding and saved this member both time and money. Above average customer service very offten goes unreported. However not in this case.[:D]

If Porsche Cars GB were involved then it must have been some warranty related claim/dispute or goodwill claim; might be worth giving a quick summary of the issue with the car as there may be others struggling with a similar issue/claim... good to hear the Aberdeen team fought for you

Have to say my only dealings with Aberdeen OPC was when buying the car but they did provide an excellent service over the phone and by email and even delivered the car down to Durham for me driving the px TVR back. Couldn't fault their sales service.

Hi

I too had fantastic service form PC Aberdeen. Teh car was delivered to me down in Kent and everything was handled by Graham Shewan in their sales team, who has that rare thing these days, an interest in customer satisfaction!
All in all, a highly recommended PC.
