I got one from my local OPC offering a similar offer on our 986.

The offer is to encourage those with older cars and who have choices on servicing ie are ineligible for a Porsche warranty to continue to use an OPC rather than an independent for their servicing.

Edit: Unfortunately our 986 isn't due a service, unlike our 987, and guess what the price for that isn't discounted []

Mine is already booked in At Chester Porsche, by sheer fluke I rang for the price of servicing on the day that they received them - Very pleased as mine is due the major service[]

With reference to this special offer from Porsche Cambridge on 986 & 996 model porsche cars which is excellent.

I went to my dealership & asked what deal they maybe able to do for my 987 Cayman S due in August & they offered me a discount of 20% off a Minor service at £480 coming in at £384 which is good by just asking.

So just ask your dealership you never know what their reply maybe as I was happy with the reply I got.
