Hi all,

We have arranged an open night at the Porsche Centre in Glasgow.

The date is Wednesday 21st April.

Time is 7pm start (although any time after 6.30pm is fine) until 9pm.

We will have a tour of the workshops and facilities,

You are welcome to bring your car for a free inspection on the ramps (ideal for checking diagnostics - warning lights etc) - on a first come basis

There are a couple of wash bays if anyone wishes to clean their cars and obviously there will be lots of nice Porsches for sale.

There will be complimentary drinks and nibbles and we will have a raffle with some prizes courtesy of Porsche Glasgow.

This should be a very popular night and I would ask that you post up here if you are attending so I can gauge numbers for food.

Thanks
Scott.

Not quite sure yet how I'm going to manage to get to this.

My car goes into the bodyshop tomorrow and I'll be without it for a couple of weeks at least. Jen will be working, so I can't use hers "¦

Wonder if I can get a bus?

Jen's booked the night off work, so we can both make it along. We'll be in Jen's Mini, but at least we can come!

Fresh from my "Volcano Ash" special tour of Germany, Stuttgart to Edinburgh by any means possible other than fly home as planned ... I guess getting to Glasgow should be possible. [:D]

Unless you are meeting up with rest of East of Scotland crew at Livingston I'd suggest coming off at Banknock at start of roadworks on A80 and heading through Kilsyth, Kirkintilloch & Bishopbriggs and rejoining M8 in centre of Glasgow

Thanks for that, although I might go to Ayr in the afternoon to visit someone and approach from that angle. I stand a good chance of getting lost no matter which way I go! []
