Thinking about joining the owners club, what is the quality of the magazine content like? I appreciate all the other benefits of being a member of the club. Thanks Mike

Mike

I would say the Porsche Post the Club magazine is above your average for a Car Club mag. - Full colour sent to you every month.

Content

Latest news and special features on Track Days, The inside line, and Sport. Historical and some Technical articles, Regional (we have 31 Regions)
Register Reports from the different car Registers, and Advertisements from members. News on up and coming National and Regional events and articles and pictures on events that have taken place altogether 130 pages in all.

Get along to your local Regional Meeting and someone will have a copy.

Contact the membership Secretary on 01608 652911 and ask her to send you an application form and a back copy of Porsche Post. That way you will know.
Good Luck

Too many ads for my liking and very little DIY.

But then all the mags in WH Smith are full of ads.

Well worth what the subs cost.

Thanks for all the replies. I was hoping that it would contain less ads and more DIY although I do appreciate the attraction of the revenue! Mike

It is true that there is little DIY in the Porsche Post but there is DIY and other technical advice aplenty in this forum in the 'members only' area.

yes, this includes some great DIY articles in the 996 technical section. I've successfully used a couple myself.
