Hi All

Just to follow on from the discussion at our club night, the Porsche Club Motorsport website is as http://www.porscheclubmotorsport.co.uk/

Scroll down the front page and you will find the calendar for the track days and any updates or changes will be shown on this site.

There's also a Track Days section to tell you all you need to know about track days if you haven't done one before.

Enjoy your cars[;)]

Regards

Cecil

Good to know these links - shame it's not more obvious when trying to search dates on this forum for the Track Day calendar ......................BUT, no doubt, once the all new Digital Platform is released(!), life will be so much easier!
I wait with baited breath for that momentous occasion![:D][:D][:D]

You wont have to wait long now Graham.

The technical complexities of the new integrated website has delayed the launch, so you wont have to wait long now for the momentous occasion. If we threw many £'000s of members money at it we would have completed sooner but we have been cautious and careful with the finances as you would expect.

I guess you will find all you need on the Motorsport website >>here<<. Failing that call club office.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for the response above.

Graham,

for more information regarding track days you are very welcome to email me on trackdays@porscheclubgb.com or call Steve Kevlin or me on 01608 652 917 or club office on 01608 652 911. Most information can be found on the motorsport website through the links supplied by Cecil or Peter above but, for any queries not covered there, please do get in touch with Steve or me during office hours.

For your information we have three remaining days this years

October 23 Castle Combe - spaces available

November 5 Oulton Park International - spaces available

November 10 Goodwood - spaces available

Peter / Paul,

I noticed on the http://www.porscheclubmotorsport.co.uk site, that there is a link under the heading "Porsche Post Magazine:", that should allow club members to view Porsche Post magazine on the website, when I click on the link it asks for username and password, I tried my forum login to magazine link on the motor sport site, but this didn't work, do we need a different login account ?

Regards,

Chris.

Hi Chris,

This facility is being transferred to the club's new website which is coming soon and is not now available on the Motorsport website.

thank you

Paul Grainger

Yes at the moment you would need a different login on the website to the forum.

The new system however will allow just the one login to access everything in the one place.

Thanks guys, sounds like it will be really good, when the logins are sorted.

I like the paper version of the club magazine to read, but it would be really good to have them online, even better if we could search for things like Motorsport information in past issues and be able to view them on our Smartphone or Tablet anywhere.

You are going to love it then [:)]

PP going back for several years are already loaded and ready to go [8D]

I will-I like to keep all my back issues because of the occasional technical article I might want to view sometime later eg-plate lift feature-but it is a constant battle with The Management stopping issues sliding past the back door[&o]
