Hi all,

i am considering fiting 964 type Design 92 (Porsche Cup) 17 inch wheels to a 1984 Porsche 944. Will they fit OK under thr wheel arches and without any issues or wheel spacers?

Many thanks for your advice.

Best wishes
Andras

No sorry, I will take them off your hands for £10...[:D]

You have an early offset car so it the wheels are genuine cups then I think the have the late off-set so you will need spacers.
I had non genuine cups on my old car with early off-set, so you need to check the off-set on the alloys to know if they will need spaces.

Every six months or so someone asks a question I actually know the answer to. That looks very much like a VW Caravelle to me.

Don't ask me how I know[&o]

Thanks guys for the responses; the photo is a random one I found on the internet to illustrate the exact wheel I was talking about.

Cheers

Sorry i forgot my point earlier, I have fitted a set of Cup 3s to my 924s, however i had to order two sets of fronts to fit the arches, as the max width is 215. However the 944 rear arches are much wider than that of the 924, so you may be ok.
