Porsche, Ferrari or McLaren - the Verdict!

Great video - thanks for posting Clive.

Really need the GT3 RS in the mix there, not the GT3.

Having had a few turbo cars and now a 458 spider for 😄18 months still no regrets....still love Porsches though and have two.....failed to get my Speciale A though and had deposit returned recently which is a disappointment. Was driving the Huracan at Millbrook last week...458 still more exciting.......am in the McLaren 650s there tomorrow, not expecting to be adoring that too much so have my letter of intent on a 991 GT3RS but don't expect get that either....why is it so difficult to get the car you want these days!!

I was due to be there tomorrow also but having read the indemnities they wanted me to sign I decided against.

ORIGINAL: Ekona

What were they?

As an indemnity is a very onerous commitment, if in any doubt my invariable rule is not to sign.

Starting with definitions ( or lack of them) the Millbrook Events Indemnity was too vague for my liking even taking into account contra proferentem.

The McLaren Release and Waiver required me to indemnify them against injury loss or damage to "property including the Car howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with my travelling in or driving the Car".

So their driver crashes it and damages Millbrook facility into the bargain and I am liable?

No thanks.

How did you get on with the 650s? I drove it on track for an afternoon some weeks back. Nice car but afraid its not a Porsche and certainly not a 991 GT3 that I currently own, a bit soulless I felt.
D.
