Hi all, can anybody tell me where I can purchase a pair of number plates that I have seen on other Porsches, they have a small (3cm?) Porsche logo in the middle of the plate, Thanks all.

Hi Ian
I got mine from fancyplates.com
they have the Porsche crest on the left hand corner plus some addt'l scripting of your choosing eg Boxster S....

Although I have a Porsche logo on my plates. I don't believed that it is legal to do this. All you are allowed is the GB strip.
Check it out before spending your hard earned cash.

I bought my rear plate from www.fancyplates.com.

As Ken said, I don't think it is strictly legal but I think the Boys in Blue would have to be in a particularly evil mood to pull me for it.

Defo show plates only but I've run with them for 2 years on my MG without a problem, no not Porsche plates stoopid [:D]

Only serious comment I will add is don't be surprised if you have to wait a couple of weeks for your plates to arrive, the companies based in Ireland but I think they work on Spanish Time so the 48 hours they quote on the website is a little optimistic [;)]

As stated earlier this isnt legal anymore but if you wanted to go down this route .......... have a look at this plate makers website

They made my plates for me,
I was well impressed with the service they gave, they also make show plates [;)] and im sure that if you contacted them and sent a crest sticker they would probably oblige (for show use of course[;)])

I asked halfords to add a sticker for me and the policy on this is now a definate no no !
