I have just spoken to my Cousin, who has a 2018 Macan S and he mentioned that the Anti Roll bar on his Macan snapped as he drove onto his driveway last week. The car is almost three years old and has done less than 15,000 miles.
It appears that the bar showed sign of rust by the break, but its not clear why it happened. The OPC has informed him that there is subsequent damage to the drive shaft which also requires replacing. Fortunately its just within the warranty period, but scary to think that these seemingly strong parts can just let go.
Anyone else heard of any similar breakages?
