I'm off to the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart on 10th & 11th May [:)]

Has anybody already been and provide any pointers?

Roll on the sunny weekend

Hi John, I was there last March It is a great visit. If you show your membership card they will give you a discount. If you are travelling by car there is an underground carpark. You might get a chance for a factory visit also. i didn't manage it when I was there, but will try next time I go

If you have time, after the Porsche museum the Mercedes one (also in Stuttgart) is well worth a trip as well. The same architects were used for the interior but the building is on a very different scale. We went with Richard Watling on one of his Club Factory visits and they were both most impressive.

I went in March 2010; it was a wedding present from my wife and she also arranged for us to have a 1:1 guided tour, which I would highly recommend, especially as even my wife enjoyed it!!, which was a result cus a car is just a bit of metal to her, that is until the odd occassion she drives mine..... We also had a meal in the Christophorus Restaurant, although expensive it was well worth it due to the quality of the food and the views.

Whilst there I took the opportunity to visit the Porsche Centre opposite, which when I was there had some really nice stock..

Hope you have as an enjoyable time as I did.

Regards
David

I'm off there too. Will take my card.

Dropping down to Italy to see Pagani, Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini afterwards.
