I don't normally bother reviewing Porsche Dealerships as they should all be giving an exceptional service (even though we know that some aren't quite up to the standard we would like) [:mad:]

After stopping using my local Porsche Centre due to some service issues I have started using Porsche Centre Newcastle for various parts. I have been looked after by both Colin and Michael and I want to say that the service they have offered me even though I have only used them on a few occasions so far has been amazing and far better than anything I had received previously from my local OPC.

Today I have received a few parts for my 964 (bonnet struts and a badge gasket) and they arrived swiftly and I wasn't charged any postage costs. Normally I would get an extra £5-10 lumped on my bill for posting any small items in the post.

Thank You Porsche Newcastle and especially the lads in the Parts Department [:)]
 
I've had similar excellent service from Porsche Tonbridge - but fortunately have not had to buy any parts from them for a while now!
 
I've had amazing service from Cambridge and Newcastle parts departments. Nothing was too much trouble for them even though my car is really old and most of the parts were cheap.
