I have received this information from Archie Fiennes and because of the short timeframe to the event and also because it is on Sunday March 10th the same day as our Pro Drive visit, if anyone is interested in attending please contact Archie direct at enquiries@fiennes.co.uk

Dear Chris,

I am writing to invite you and your regions members to a tour of our workshops in the Cotswolds on Sunday March 10th. We are a vintage and classic car restoration company called Fiennes Restoration. We specialise in mechanical restoration, bodywork, painting, and parts manufacture.

To celebrate the 911 reaching 50 years old this year we thought it would be a nice idea to open our workshops to Porsche Club and invite people to look at what we do. Derek Sharp's (R31) region is attending the guided tour and I wanted to extend the offer to your region in case it interests any of your members.

The day will involve: arriving at 10am, tea and cakes, meeting members of the team, taking a guided tour of our workshops (restoration, coachbuilding, machine shop, etc), visiting our car storage facility. The tour will finish around 12:30pm and R31 are going for a pub lunch just over the road from us which you guys would be more than welcome to join in on.

To encourage people to come along we are offering attendees:
"¢ 15% off our car storage rate as well as our bodyshop and mechanical labour rates.
"¢ A chance to win a bottle of champagne
"¢ Entry into a draw to win a free valet of your car

I for one really hope you and some of your members are interested in attending on the day. If you could pass around this email, and forward it to any Porsche owners who might be interested, I would love to meet as many of your as possible. If anyone is interested they are welcome to contact me on the details below.

I have attached to this area I PDF version of our brochure to provide an overview of who we are and I've also attached a word document I knocked up which tells a bit about what the visit to our workshops will involve.

I look forward to hearing back, and in the meantime, happy motoring.

With warm regards,
Archie Wearne.

Chris, Jo and I will be going to Fiennes Restoration on the 10th March, what they do is more relevant to me and my car than visiting Prodrive.
