Porsche Panamera computer constantly resetting

Hi all
I'm sorry my first post is a question but I've been looking everywhere for an answer to my problem
I've a Porsche Panamera 2015
The satnav, radio, full on board central computer unit is stuck in a never ending cycle of resetting its self
I had an accident about 6 months ago and the garage reckons it'll cost well over a thousand pounds to correct
Ive added some photos
Any advice would be great please guys as we haven't even got a radio!

They are a company that specialise in the repair of electronic components on vehicles.
I’ve used them a couple of times in the past.
They have some nav units and displays listed on their website, but I find it best to give them a call.
