Hi All,

I am just wondering if anyone else is attending with their 964?

I am thinking of heading up for the day to check it out as I havent been in previous years and good excuse to get the car out for decent run out of London. Is it a good day? Will we be parked together?

I am just going to buy tickets at the gate. If this is an issue please advise.

Cheers,

Andrew C

Andrew,
thoroughly recommended! we have a great day last year, and I joined the club soonafter as I was made to feel very welcome by the people I met that day.

Hi

I will be attending the above event & will be bringing your register 964 Flag that I picked up from Dave of the Milton Keynes & Northants Region.

Can someone who attend the above event come & pick up your flag from me at the Concours Area, I will be in my White Cayman S (reg B1 POR). see you Sunday.

Yours Truly Kevin.

I was intending to come for this but I noticed in PP that there will a feature dog show & I don't fancy a load of slobbering hounds relieveing themselves up the side of my prized possession.

I'm sure it won't be as bad as that but I really don't like dogs & they tend to spoil pleasant Sunday walks by the river & such like and I don't want them to spoil my day. My partner is away this weekend, but she would simply want to go home if the place was awash with canines.

Dogs & cars don't mix as far as I can see, sorry dog lovers but not everyone loves dogs.

Perhaps a cat show next year? Maybe not, cats & cars DEFINATELY don't mix [;)]

As organiser of the dog show I resemble that post......[&:]

The only car that got pissed on was Paul McNulty's 944 and the dog wasn't even in the show.....[;)] Hi Paul......[:D]

Melv, a great day (again) and loved the dog show! personally I think it was a great idea and as your picture shows there appear to be a great many posche owners who also have dogs[:D]..

Melv - is that my pic?
Chrissie loves her prize, thank you very much for organising it!
Love you car by the way - take lots of pics of it whenever I see it!

Amended ([;)]) great and thanx!!

As I posted on another thread, my absence at this event was due to (non-car related) unforeseen circumstances.

If someone who attended would like to write up a few words about the day and send them to me, I will have it published in PP.

I have to say that I am some agreement about dogs and cars. I love cars and I quite like dogs, but putting the two in the same place is not really my thing.

Dogs = slobber, vomit (sometimes), moulting hairs, dirty bottoms, muddy feet and 'that smell'. Hmm, not very compatible with any prized possession car.

Cats and cars. Now don't even get me started on that one! The neighbours cat's days are definitely numbered if it gets its claws into my car cover again........
