A quick reminder about this upcoming event. Although Cayenne owners have been promised a special offroad parking area, despite asking, I’m afraid I’m not entirely sure how our area is going to be policed or managed other than Deb & I have been asked to be there early to direct SUV owners and park you up.

What I can tell you is: We have been supposedly allocated a prime location near the start line and that all members are welcome, which is only accessible by traversing an offroad track but you will need a ticket. The event is supported by Porsche Centre Leeds who will of course have the latest Porsche models on show, as well as further display parking in the paddock, for those none offroad types.

Also, other items that may be of interest on display will be the Porsche Club GB “Soapbox” as entered in the 2003 and 2004 manufacturers gravity race a Goodwood Festival of Speed, which I do recall seeing many years ago as well as Darkside Developments with their range of Overland Cayennes, which of course are pretty cool.

Coffee and food vendors will be on site throughout the day, or why not bring a picnic with you and sit back and enjoy the great views from our section and enjoy the action on track with your fellow Club members and Cayenne enthusiasts.
