Porsche Warrantee Dilemma

Our Boxster is approaching the four year point and has breached 75K miles. Up to now we have kept up the Manufacturer's warrantee. I know that we have had some minor work done against the warrantee and I appreciate that this is really a personal gamble..

The question is .... What experience is out there? Does everyone maintain their Porsche Warrantee? If not are there alternatives? Are there know Boxster issues that can be anticipated over 75K miles???

Well done - nice to see someone else using their car.

Mine is well in to it's seventh year and on 96K. I never extended the warranty so I thats £4k + in the credit column. In the debit column approx £500 - split header tank, couple of horns.

I would have liked the 'peace of mind' the warranty brings but I've always had other things to spend the money.
