Hi Mark,
I have taken the liberty of removing your direct contact details from your post as we wouldn't want to misconstrue your message as a commercial advert and thus against the rules of the Forum. Obviously, as 99.9% of people reading this forum will already have Porsches, I don't think this will be having a significant impact in your potential customer base either way.
It is certainly and unusual proposal and, while I am not sure you would drag many Dragons from the Den on board, I join the others in wishing you well in your venture.

I must confess to wondering how this Hire project will work, so perhaps Mark could expand on what's on offer ?

Get insured. Properly insured. Not only would your usual cover be invalid, but in the event of a breakdown or accident you'll have a very angry lady to refund! [8|]
I'd also worry a bit about wear and tear, sharp heels, loads of make up and fake tan and a few glasses of bubbly with breakfast could ruin an interior. And that's just the men. [

Pardon me for being Dim, but is it not usual for the Groom and Best Man to travel together to the Church or Registry Office ?
After the Wedding, the Groom and Bride usually go off in one car.
I don't wish to sound like a 'Dragon', but this whole venture seems doomed from the start, unless you buy a £10 grand white Roller.
Hi Paul the website is undergoing routine checks ,back on line soon ,many thanks Mark
Hi Tony, the wedding hire is just part of what i intend to do. This will not be a full time job .I enjoy driving the car and if i can get paid for it all the better . ( not looking for investors [

Thats why I would think that doing this with more than one Sports car would be a better idea, the groom travels in one and the best man travels in the other.
The bride normally travels back with the groom in the car that she arrived in. So Porsche trip would be one way.
I'm all for give encouragement to new ventures. GOOD LUCK MATE. And if you can combine business and pleasure then DO IT!!
Website back online.[

Hi snailmo, we have had a few enquiries for weddings and birthdays but no confirmed bookings yet.
I have used Chubb insurance for the wedding car hire.
Hi Christopher, I have sent off for paper work for private hire operators licence, no licence is required for the wedding car hire, so until i recieve the licence the car is only available for weddings.
