Porsche wheels

i have a customer with a lowered 968 and he wants to put 17" boxster alloys (the last ones in the link). can anybody tell me the offset of these and would they fit under the arches.

fronts 225, rears 255 i think.

cheers

fronts will probably be 205 from a boxster though, and might need a shim to clear the front bearing centre cap - my spare set of 996 wheels did

I have the same wheels that fitted straight on to an S2 and Turbo, the could do with a small spacer though as they sit ever so slightly too far inwards.

ORIGINAL: Big Dave UK

I think the boxster wheels are et,55. Yes they should fit ok....

I have two sets of Boxster wheels both with differing pairs of offsets.

Elliot: Id suggest asking the bloke to tell you the offset, front and rear, of the wheels; easy as itll be clearly market on them.

Tried the wheels on his car today and rears too wide / wrong offset so they are going on ebay today if anybody interested as i am trying to fund a black 968 lightweight club leather/linen seat set i have just brought.

look under Porkaparts in community section

cheers
