We're contemplating Portmeirion (if we're not too late).

We'd only be able to do the Sunday drive and lunch because of work and school on the Monday. We'd probably stay somewhere close by on the Saturday night and leave after the lunch on the Sunday, say 3pm.

So:
- are we too late - even considering we don't need a room.
- would we be able to leave by 3 on the Sunday?

Any advice appreciated before I go begging for childcare...
