Returning for 2024 the Posh Porsche Picnic has moved forwards this year to the 11th August in the hopes of some warmer weather, so get your finery on, bring a bottle of fizz and relax for the afternoon in the beautiful surroundings of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

Entry to the park from 11am, exclusive parking and an afternoon tea picnic box to be served at 3pm is included in the ticket price which is £21.95 per person, tickets are limited and the event normally sells out quickly so make sure you book your tickets. The Hayloft will once again be available to us in case of bad weather, it will also serve tea and coffee as usual.

There will be an optional drive this year for anyone wanting to partake - the details of this are to follow and will be updated as soon as we have confirmed the route.

Tickets are available from the link below :-

Look forwards to seeing you all there

UPDATE:

We have arranged a drive for anyone who wants to join us -

Meeting at Cubley Hall (S36 9DF) around 10am a breakfast sandwich will be available for anyone who would like one priced at £4.95 and then looking to depart at around 11am for a drive through the beautiful peak district, approximately 75 miles, which should take around 2 to 2 and a half hours traffic dependent arriving at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park around 1.30pm giving you time to relax and explore the park until the picnic is served around 3pm.

Could anyone wanting a breakfast sandwich please let me know before hand so I can prompt Cubley Hall with expected numbers - thanks. Fingers crossed for some summer sunshine.

thanks

Tickets booked, looking forward to it. The event details make it clear that afternoon tea is included at 3pm but as it starts from 11am, am I correct in assuming that we do our own thing for lunch? Many thanks to Adam and Karen for organising.

Hi Adam and Karen, assuming that you will publish the route eg as a Google Maps route, as we live in the Peak District we will probably tag onto the route part way round to arrive at approximately the same time as everyone else. Hope that's OK.
