Possible 964 sale

I'm reluctantly thinking of selling my 91 model yr 964 C2 Tip. I've owned it nearly two years, love the car greatly but am just not using it (done 2700 miles in two years) and I don't want it just to sit in my garage, it needs to be used.
It's a Japanese import RHD in Polar silver and black leather interior. I have all the service history, including the early Japanese service sheets. Autofarm have looked after it for me- last major service April '10. I had a full inspection done by them and Mark, a senior technician there, noted on the report it was the best 964 he had seen in ten years. The car has done 29250km from new (18,000 miles). Because the rubber components had hardened, I've had four new Bilsteins, new front wishbones and bushes and a set of N rated Conti sports fitted 1500 miles ago. The previous tyres on the front were the originals! The car drives and rides as new
I paid £22k for the car and would welcome some thoughts on what the 964 market is currently like and roughly what I could sell it for if that's what I decide to do.
Thanks

If you look at 964s in the Pistonheads classifieds you'll struggle to find a tiptronic model for sale at the sort of price you paid for yours. You're looking for someone who likes tiptronics and is prepared to pay a premium for a very low mileage, concours condition car i.e. the same sort of person you are, when you bought it. To be honest, I think you'll have to take quite a hit on it if you decide to sell.

Agree with Steve. However, all depends how desperate you are to sell. If you are in no rush, hang on in there ;) by which time you may well change your mind, then, when next year comes you'll do more miles and re-kindle that excitement you once had for the car.

Thanks guys and especially Steve, you hit the nail on the head. I just love the "tip" version; probably something to do with the fact I've driven autos for the last 25 yrs or so.
I'm not desperate to sell and I don't have to sell, but the car must get more use. They were built to be driven. I still love it greatly so I'll perhaps think about it some more over the winter
Cheers

Appreciate the exchanges Steve. I've decided to keep it over the winter and see how I feel again in the Spring. When I sit in it, I think I'm crazy to even think of selling it, so we'll see.
On a separate topic, any idea why we aren't getting any write-ups in the 964 register in PP?
Regards
Chris

Generally, the register secretary looks after submitting stuff to PP but our RS, Amanda, hasn't received any articles to put in there since she took the job on. Although, I do know that one of the lads at Curborough last month (Greg) has done a write up of the day which should be in next month.
