Possible change of meeting venue????

I have been charming Jackie the manager at the Bentley Hotel and it has been agreed that the Porsche Club GB can meet in the room we used for the Christmas do and the best bit is it would be FOC (which is considerable as last year they wanted £60 for the hire of the room).

What does everybody think to changing the venue starting March 14th.

Ps a carvery is available on sundays for £10.50 and starters and desserts are £4.25 each for those of you who like your food.

Please let me know.
 
Elliott - Bentley sounds good to us. I think we need to cancel this coming Sunday due to the uncertainty of the weather.
