Possible heater fan shroud leak

New member
Noticed a puddle in my passenger footwell so did some searching for answers of where it could be, noticed someone mentioned the heater shroud that's on the scuttle panel (picture below) how are these usually stuck down? Mine seems to of been sealed with something that has now just broken up.. Is this standard from Porsche as it looks a bit sloppy really, can anyone point me to a part to buy or whether it's just better to clean it all up and get the tiger seal out?

(my pictures are really blurred recently, maybe i need one of those iPhone tripods)

i've also had a look in the PET and think it could part #2 on this page below, if anyone could confirm would save me looking stupid trying to explain it down the phone/over the counter.. [:)]
