Region Post Christmas Lunch and Charity Auction - Sunday January the 16th January 2011
Tickets are going quickly and we are limited to only 60, if you would like to join us suggest you ensure your place at the table by booking now.
We are pleased to be able to confirm that we have booked Post Christmas Lunch at the Swan Hotel Bedford (http://www.bedfordswanhotel.co.uk/) for Sunday 16th January 2011, 12.30 for 1.00p.m. We have booked our own dedicated dining room with bar facility for approx 60 persons. The lunch will be three course and coffee. Menus will be available at club night and we also have Vegetarian options. The Regions funds will subserdised the cost of lunch for Region 24 members - £12.00 per head. Non Region members and guest are welcome to join us and tickets are £18.00 per head. Tickets are strictly on a first come first serve basis so bring your cheque books to club night since the Swan Hotel has requested advance payment. All cheques should be made payable to "˜Region 24 Porsche Club Great Britain'. If you cannot make it to Club night e mail me for my address to secure your place at the event.
Once again we will be running an auction following our lunch. Our Guest of honor Gary Sorrell has all ready said he will be donating some great items.
If you have an item which is worthy of coming under the hammer would you please contact me. You will also have the chance to auction you own item or we could do that for you. All the money raised from our Auction will go to our as yet un chosen charity. This is a fine Hotel and as such we think we should be suitably suited and booted for the occasion "" Smart Casual or Black Tie please.
