Thank you for joining us on Sunday next at the Barns Hotel Bedford. The Hotel can be found just off the Bedford A421 bypass. Address as follows:- Cardington Rd, Bedford MK44 3SA. If in doubt go to Hotel website for further details. http://barnshotelbedford.co.uk/
On arrival at the Hotel driveway please follow the arrow for R24 PCGB parking using the car park on your right.
Once parked you will see the main Hotel and the 13th century Tithe Barn. Our event is to be held in the Tithe Barn. The Tithe Barn is completely self contained with its own Bar etc etc.
The event will commence at 1200hrs with pre dinner drinks. Lunch will be served at approx 1315hrs.
Did you remember what your ordered for lunch? I didn't! Don't worry.
On a table close to the entry in the Barn you will find your name and menu choices printed on a small card. There is no seating/table plan so select yourself a seat at a table with friends for lunch.
However, please ensure that once you have taken your seat that you display your name card in front of you on the table. This will assist the waiting staff when serving your lunch.
We will be holding a raffle and it would be appreciated if all attending would bring along a raffle prize. Previous years has shown that wrapping your raffle prize has proved popular since the last number out of the hat can still win the first prize.
