Ah yes....thankyou my 'component'....Litteral translation from Josep's site reads:

"Our friend Melvin Spear along with other components of the Porsche Club of Great Britain, posing next to one of its RS"

And yeh, yeh, I know, it's a Cup Car not an RS -will put Josep to rights l8r![;)]

Nice pics.

But I have to add that Charles bloke is still putting the weight on (thought it was supposed to be about lightweight??) and I see Desmond is still struggling to get over that roll cage and jesus christ Laurence what are those wheels....get those cheap 996 yuk-buckets off your beautiful car mate!

and no I'm not jealous you can all just bugger off[&o]

Hi Jason - you will have to get yourself organised so you get to the 2009 PCF event - there is truly nothing like it for Porsche nuts. Spa is one of the worlds great tracks and that in itself should be enough reason , but the sheer scale and professionality of the operation that PCF put on has to be experienced to be believed. More than that , Charles did a brilliant job in securing two adjacent F1 pit garages . I'd vote for him to replace Gordon Brown [:D]

Jason the wheels are there for the very reasons you quote, They are affordable and the correct offset and only 6.kg heavier. And I actaully like them, each to their own though[:D] Now if i had the money i'd would go for bbs racing rims or the sport design wheels but i don't[:(]

forgot to add. I cured my depression by...................going to Lydden Hill race track on monday and having a blast round there[:D][:)]. Only problem is that was yesterday[:(] back to the depression then[:D]

Was there in 2007 John.

Its Gordon Brown's fault I wasn't there this year....bloody credit crunch and the government and BOE complete uselessness....lets not go there....

Jason the 10 days altitude training worked wonders. Only just got back from my ski holiday in time for Spa.

I'd like to see you in a race suit BUT it would have to be specially made for you!
