PPI at Carrera Engineering

I just had a PPI done by Tony Rugles at Nazeing. A great bloke to deal with who knows the air-cooled cars well.
Very willing to answer all my questions before and after the job.

I have known him for 14 years plus and does all my cars.
Rebuilt the engine in my 911SC, did a great job and would not give it back until he was totally satisfied it was right and totally leak free!
Now looks after my 993 and the family cars, was an ex PCGB concours winner (Highclere) with his 1974 911 2.7 Carrera which he still has but never gets the time to use, if you see him you may get to see it.
Does Porsche, BMW and Mercedes as well as anything you like to present him with, has race mechanic experience with Minis,Renault Clio Cup cars and BTCC[:)].
 
Have to agree with earlier comment, I first met Tony back in the early 90's a first class guy and fantastic engineer and restorer , has wonderful knowledge of Air Cooled and Porsche cars, has won UK PCGB Concours with his own car and I wish him luck and hope to see him in his venture soon.
 
Tony is a great guy very happy to discuss all things Mechanical.
Knows his Porsche's, fixed and serviced many of mine .
Anyone in area should give Carrera Engineering & Motors Sport
a try.
