Presentation and Lunch

MEMBERS AND CARS REQUIRED

Most of you will be aware that the Region raised a superb fifteen hundred and twenty seven pounds for our chosen charity E.A.C.H.
Arrangements have been made for the presentation of the cheque. The staff at EACH have arranged for teenage boys to be in attendance and the boys have been primed so we need your cars and support to avoid disappointment.
It is hoped that the Cambridge Evening News will be in attendance. Also photos will appear in Porsche Post.

- Date - Sunday 26th April 09.
- Meet at my house (just outside Cambridge) for coffee tea - 1000-1030
- 1045 Travel in convoy to Milton (15minute run)
- 1115 Presentation photos and viewing of our cars.
- 1215-1245 Travel in convoy for lunch drinks etc.
