Hello Lol just been on pistonheads, and i reckon youre car should be high twentys to thirty grand in its condition and mileage, also looked at youre photos it looks in fantastic condition, a credit to you sir!!
 
Hi - If all the service history and the number of owners is minimal and subject to PPI finding everything OK this has to be close to 40K.
I reckon your previous entry spe needs to keep saving - A similar one to yours has just sold for close to 38K with not quite double the mileage and has gone in went in less than 10 days. I sold one last year 40K on clock high owners and that went for 37K. If it was mine I would put it in at 39.850 - you can always come down - but its a bit bit of a job to come up!

Would be pricing it at the stronger end of the ranges above*. It's a popular colour, manual, low mileage, 3 owner car so ticks a lot of boxes ... and finally they don't make them anymore and nice ones are getting hard to find.

*assuming no stories etc blah blah

lol yeah I read that story, it was amazing. I must be the only person who has applied for planning permission with the fervent hope that the local planning authority will reject it out of hand[:)].
