Prodrive visit

Hello peeps,

Have come up with a possible visit to Prodrive in Warwickshire. www.prodrive.com My initial contact with them has been very positive and they are more than welcome to have us.

Lotus club members have been and apparently it is a good experience.

I thought that we could possibly tie it in with a visit to The Motor Heritage Centre at Gaydon either just for a day or get a hotel organised and make a 2 day break or long weekend out of it. Porsche Club headquarters is also in the area.

Would any interested parties please respond on the forum so that I can gauge whether it is a possible or not.

Perhaps we ought to find out who is prepared to organise certain events and delegate responsibility to a certain person to organise it so that one individual is not swamped with work!

May I also say that having organised some events in the past, commitment and reliability from club members is needed as it is very nerve wracking hoping that everyone will turn up and enjoy the experience when places have been booked for visits and meals etc

Regards,

Chris

Could be interested in this one. Daughter lives in Hampton in Arden so will be able to stay with her.

Would offer to help but am involved in some POCGB events in N.Wales and N. West this year as well as Tour Britannia. We are also hopefully in the middle of a house move so time is probably going to be tight!
