Jason and I were discussing the idea of building the book of the car --- a properly written and presented potted history including full details of any serious renovation work, building the provenance of serious cars which have been seriously used and enjoyed !!

With my links to the photographic industry (I am not a photographer) I wondered what "we" think of this style ?

That is a great idea to build the provenance of your car in a structured book. Then the usual file of receipts and bills will need less detective work to build up the cars history.
Good photography along the way will only add to the book expereince. The colour saturation on the photo included seems to be a little off, as its turned your wheels 'Pink!'

Wow! stunning pic. Sounds like a great idea. I guess the hard work is in researching the history. Unless you already have it.

I'm no photographer either, Chris, but amongst other types of artist [:D] I am a 'digital (Photoshop) artist', and that is a great photo! [:)]

Has it had some Photoshop treatment? I'm just looking at the dark edges around the building... it looks as though the sky has been darkened and the selection or mask has bled over the edges of the building a bit. Or is that just natural shadow?

Chris - what if I don't want the Ninja moody barn look on my piccies or pink wheels on my piccies? [:D]

Your car would have the full pimped look if you re-fitted the blue Clubsport steering wheel! [:D]

I notice that this picture does not have the bonnet open, back-to-front Spa sticker or a wobbly wheel! [:D][:D][:D][:D]

From Paul (in a very cheeky mood today!)

Chris you need proper pics from a proper photographer as discussed. Get this month 911 &PW and look at the cover and stories on the RGruppe....plus stop giving my business ideas away on forums!

I need a job you know....[;)]

What do your pig farmer neighbours think to those pink wheels Chris? I can recall them being intrigued by the "bright" colours of your Clubbie and my "Yellow Thing"![:D]. I suppose it is a refreshing change from the colours of their tractors![;)]

Your grin was the cheekiest I've seen when Steve let us past him !!! [:D]

That is officially the gayest RS on the planet....its supposed to be a clubsport....hard nosed, stripped, raw and a beast, all man.

Not all a man's man.
