Protyre Warick Geometry Set Up

Hi

Well I wouldn't normally take my pride and joy 94 993 to any old garage for this work, especially with it being lowered. However, after a regional meet there a few weeks back and seeing the modern top end equipment they have I thought I would give them a go. And for 100 plus VAT for club members I thought it was worth a punt.

I arrived 9.30am today and left at about 1pm. I had arranged for Peter Cambridge PCA (who presented at the meet and organised the club deal) suspension expert to be there to get better than the nominal tolerances and get the car bang on for me.

Harry of Protyre and Peter took me through the adjustments, discussed with me at length how I wanted to drive the car and feel in it and tailored the tolerances to suit.

Whilst it wasn't massively out on the first print outs the adjustments to camber, toe and a free wheel balancing thrown in my car felt like a new vehicle on the test drive.

Thoroughly excellent service, fantastic value for money in my opinion. Thanks to Paul, RO for the region for inviting me along in the first place.
