PS Pump Replacement

Sounds like I need a new power steering pump - get that horrible groan at full lock when manoeuvering at slow speeds. What's the view on a replacement? Shiny new one from OPC Chester or a rebuilt pump from Porsche-Apart? Big diff in price but is there any trade off buying a rebuilt one? Suppose so but as long as I'm not replacing it again next month is it worth the £ saving? Don't mind buying new but thought I'd ask for opinions first from you chaps who know better than me[:D]

Want it doing before I put her in for the MOT pre registration here on the island.

I wouldn't bother unless it's leaking fluid (more likely to be leaking from the hose or cooler)
