Hi, does anyone know of an OPC (or Indy) doing discount on purchase and fitting for the PSE? Best quote so far is £1800, way too much!

Maybe potential for a group buy, anyone?

Thanks.

Try Chester - the service manager there said to me yesterday that they were doing discounted parts (and labour ?) on older cars to keep them int he workshops - this inculded 996 models, but not sure if there is a model year cut off.

Ramus porscha in the midlands quoted me around £1200 but i forgot to ask if it includes all the wiring aswell.

I can tell you now it didnt include wiring. Those exhausts are 1000 new if I recall and it takes approx 7 hours to wire it up. 200 quid for 7 hours work would be very cheap.

Thanks, tried all your suggestions so far, best deal was Guildford who quoted £1020 + VAT for part and then 2 hours fitting for the non-switch version, 7 hours for switch!!!

Thinking of staying away from the PSE option...

OPC Nottingham were doing it for £1500 inc vat and switch.

Northway nr Reading fitted mine for the same cost.

TBH, the switch is great, esp if you like trackdays- I'm guessing it may fail drive-by noise tests without it. It is also good for antisocial hour stealth ops.

Other than that, I rarely switch mine off- its not obtrusive at all in the car, but when you go through underpasses etc you realize its LOUD.
