PSE - I knew something wasn't right!

Sorry what i meant to say was yes I have experienced this issue, just as yours and happy to report that the OPC covered it under warranty. The video I posted document another issue I had with the system later on and explains how it works.

Looks like its seized inside and the arm has broken off when trying to release.
 
To help avoid this ... I regularly exercise the actuators with the selector switch and by occasionally crawling below to `hand operate / lubricate`

I also had an issue covered under extended warranty (the vacuum line snapped off)
 
Thanks guys, good to know the OPC have covered under warranty (This will be my third trip back to them in a year!).

I've been under the car a couple of times to manually operate as I previously watched Test Drive Scotlands video and took his advice on board! The weather has been pretty terrible over the last couple of weeks and with the ongoing lock down, I'm hardly driving it so I suspect thats a contributing factor.

Whats the lubrication spray of choice? WD40, copper grease? With it being the exhaust I wasn't sure.
