I have had my PSE for over 2 years now which i love, however i have noticed that i can get a rattle noise, i think it is when i press the switch and the exhaust goes into quiet mode, it then somtimes rattles, it then clears once driven, i have got my OPC to check it out and they did not find anything, i thought i would ask the people that really no on this Forum, so answers please.

Car is going in for a service next week so can get them to look at it again.

I would check the heatshields and see if they are the source of the vibration (when the engine is cool). If it is not a heat shield then you likely have a broken internal weld. If that is the case, then you either have to live with the rattle or replace the muffler.
