PSM / ABS warning lights

Guys,

Please can someone confirm the following to put my mind at ease...

I am preparing my 2000 C4 for a full respray and as such have disconnected and removed all external rear and front lights.
Whilst moving it around the bodyshop, the PSM and ABS waring lights have come on.

I seem to remember various posts relating to braking warning lights coming on when LED brake lights are fitted.
Could my warning lights be due to having no brake lights connected at all??

At this stage, other than exterior lights being disconnectd, both doors have been completely disconnected and all was Ok before stripping.

Cheers and Merry Christmas to everyone on the forum.
Dave.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for that, yes the airbag lights are also on.
The rear spoiler one on is on also, but not sure if it would go out if the right speed was reached or if it would stay on as no spoiler fitted at the moment.

Dave

The spoiler one will reset itself when you connect it all back up. The ABS/PSM/Airbag ones will have to be done with a Porsche diagnostic tool.
