Car warmed up after MOT this morning, jumped in car turned key and got Warning PSM Failure appear on the dash. I hit the psm button a couple of times and it seemed to clear itself. Not happened since and Porsche Colchester seem to think all will b ok. Anyone had this? Shud I b concerned?? Warranty runs out next week

is it worth putting it on a tester to see if a fault was logged...

like garyw says could be something and nothing

have driven it just about all day today and not happened since. Taking it to OPC is a bit of an excersise in itself, ill keep a check on it this week. Told today new rear tyres needed in a couple of months apparently. Only just passed MOT with them on. Not sure how they know they have 2 months left in them, what happens if i dont drive the car in that time! Star of winter ill get ETYRE round to get some new ones

ABS sensors and the like get a bit of grime on them and can cause these sorts of issues.
Trouble is with the 911 rear tyres is that the less tread the more likely they are to aquaplane [][] as you say, how the garage know this is beyond me..
However I'd take it as genuine advice from them
